REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you bought it, live in the USA, and would like to begin the return or exchange process, please email us first. Items must be unworn, unused, and in it's original packaging. Follow the instructions under "How do I get started?" below.

How do I get started?

To begin your return, email info@headandhart.com with subject line: RETURN REQUEST: ORDER XXXXX. Please wait for our confirmation email before you send back your package.

To begin your exchange, email info@headandhart.com with subject line: EXCHANGE REQUEST: ORDER XXXXX. Please wait for our confirmation email before you send back your package.

Instructions will be sent upon approval from a HeadandHart team member. We will not accept any packages that have not been authorized for return or exchange.

How long will it take?

Once we receive the package, please allow 5 business days for HeadandHart to process the return or exchange. For returns, check with your bank, credit card, or other method of payment to confirm the refund. If the refund hasn't posted after two weeks, please contact us directly info@headandhart.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
